To get the space ready to be picture perfect before going on the market, we walk through each area of the home, advising the seller on each existing piece of furniture or accessory that needs to be removed or staged in such a way that only an expert can see the value in its placement.
Once the walk through has taken place, our team of experts will put together a structured recommendation list for each room in full detail, ensuring nothing is left to chance. This structured list is our gift to the realtor, eliminating one more thing on the to do list.
