What Do We Do: Broxton Design consults with the client to determine the scope of the project, prepare the preliminary studies and estimate, and to establish the overall design and budget. We consult with the client to evaluate the desired use of the work spaces and all additional areas, determine necessary equipment requirements and adjacency needed. We develop a preliminary space plan, color schemes, interior finishes, furniture pieces and placement, present the final design plan and budget estimate with revised options from previous meetings for the client’s final approval.
